Kara Sullivan is the co-owner of EAACO, a prominent employee assistance program renowned for its comprehensive counseling services offered in collaboration with corporations. Graduating from Missouri State University with a degree in Speech Language Pathology, Kara brings a deep understanding of communication and empathy to her role.

Together with her husband Ryan, Kara cherishes family life, raising three energetic boys who share their passion for outdoor adventures. Their love for nature not only enriches their personal lives but also inspires their approach to promoting wellness and work-life balance through EAACO. Kara's commitment to supporting employees' mental health underscores her dedication to enhancing workplace environments and fostering holistic well-being.

Deborah is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor with over 35 years of experience working a wide variety of counseling areas. She is a graduate of OSU with a Masters degree in Community Counseling plus 60 postgraduate hours.  She has worked with all ages and utilizes an eclectic approach to the therapeutic process.  A few of the areas she has worked in include: marriage counseling and retreats, Anger management groups, Parenting groups, the Helping Women Recover program,  taught at Rogers University and Tulsa Community College, provided training in the Adoption field, mediator in Child Support Court.  She enjoys being a therapist and assisting individuals in living the life they want.  

Cle graduated from NSU in 2014 with a Master of Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is licensed in not only Oklahoma, but Missouri and Colorado as well! She is an LPC Supervisor, and has a rare and highly distinguished certification in teletherapy (TMHBC-Telemental Health Board Certified). She has worked with all ages-including children, individuals, and couples, and has had extensive group work experience in a substance abuse and behavioral health facility for adults. Cle considers herself to be a generalist: she has extensive knowledge in a wide array of issues, and utilizes best practices in determining which treatment modality works best for each client. Regarding working in mental health, Cle says, "I enjoy being a resource to others. I love the challenge to understanding the multifaceted levels each client brings to the table. I love to learn and in this field, it is a constant and persistent need to be met. 

Chris Condrin is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor based in Oklahoma, where he serves as an approved LPC Supervisor. With a background steeped in education and counseling, Chris holds Master's degrees from both the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University. His expertise lies in anxiety, stress, and emotional management, honed through extensive experience in various settings including public schools, inpatient mental health and addiction facilities, as well as private practice. Chris's multifaceted career has seen him delve into diverse fields such as information technology, corporate training services, and small business ownership, enriching his understanding of human behavior and resilience. A proud father and certified yoga instructor, Chris finds solace and inspiration in yoga's teachings of self-love and kindness. He infuses his counseling practice with mindfulness, somatic-based strategies, and therapeutic modalities like EMDR and IFS to guide young adults and older individuals towards a mindful life lived with intention and curiosity. Chris's eclectic interests extend to listening to audiobooks, singing, and embracing the transformative power of music in his life. Drawing from his rich tapestry of experiences, Chris fosters an environment of exploration and growth, empowering individuals to embrace their journey with curiosity and purpose.

Kristin became an integral part of the EAACO team in August 2022, bringing with her a warm and welcoming demeanor. As the friendly voice on the other end of the line, she's dedicated to assisting clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. With her adept communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction, Kristin excels in her role, making scheduling with our counselors a seamless experience for all.
