Our Story
In 2009, Employee Assistance Associates and Consultants of Oklahoma (EAACO) began with a vision of providing accessible and compassionate mental health support to those in need. The founder of Employee Assistance Associates and Consultants of Oklahoma, Jim Sullivan, recognized the growing demand for mental health services, specifically employee assistance programs, and the lack of resources available to many individuals. Drawing from his own experiences and expertise in clinical social work, Jim took a leap of faith and decided to create a safe space where people could seek guidance, healing, and support. Through dedication, hard work, and a genuine commitment to helping others, the business slowly but steadily grew, gaining a reputation for its personalized approach, professionalism, and positive impact on clients' lives. In 2016, Jim peacefully passed. Despite the grief and uncertainty that hung in the air, Jim’s legacy continued with EAACO as his son, Ryan Sullivan and daughter-in-law, Kara Sullivan carried forward his dreams.
